Return Policy

Customers must notify customchallahcovers.com of items that are defective or have imperfections in person, by phone, or by email within 5 business days of Customer’s receipt of the ordered products or the claim may be denied. All sales are final but we will entertain return requests which will be addressed on a case by case basis. You can submit your request by emailing customchallahcovers@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line.

It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it can take up to 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
